Creator verification helps Shine maintain:

• platform safety
• payment ecosystem compliance
• fraud prevention
• regulatory compliance
• responsible creator onboarding
• identity validation
• prohibited business screening
• payment settlement integrity

Verification is required before creator monetization access is granted.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply as a creator, applicants must:

• be at least 18 years of age
• have legal authority to enter binding agreements
• provide accurate onboarding information
• comply with Shine policies
• offer only approved digital services
• successfully complete required verification checks

Shine may reject incomplete or ineligible applications.

Information Required for Verification

Depending on account type, Shine may request:

Identity Information

• full legal name
• date of birth
• mobile number
• email address
• profile details

Identity Verification Documents

Where required:

• PAN card
• Aadhaar card (or other lawful government-issued identification)
• passport
• voter identification

Verification Process

Creator onboarding may include:

Step 1 — Application Submission

Creator submits onboarding information.

Step 2 — Identity Review

Identity documentation is reviewed for authenticity and completeness.

Step 3 — Risk & Compliance Screening

Review may include:

• prohibited category screening
• policy compliance checks
• fraud assessment
• suspicious activity review
• payment ecosystem risk checks

Step 4 — Monetization Approval

Approved creators may receive monetization access.
Approval is not guaranteed.

Prohibited Creator Categories

Creators offering the following are not permitted:

• adult or explicit content
• escort services
• companionship arrangements
• dating-related monetized services
• offline/in-person paid meetings
• unlawful content/services
• deceptive business activity
• impersonation
• gambling or restricted services (where prohibited)
• fraudulent activity
• payment abuse
• misleading monetization claims

Shine may reject such applications immediately.

Ongoing Compliance Monitoring

Verification is not a one-time event.
Shine may conduct ongoing reviews including:

• periodic re-verification
• content audits
• payment monitoring
• suspicious transaction reviews
• fraud monitoring
• policy compliance checks

Continued platform access depends on ongoing compliance.

Re-Verification Rights

Shine may request updated verification where:

• identity information changes
• suspicious activity is detected
• payment partner requirements change
• regulatory obligations arise
• payout risk increases
• account ownership concerns emerge

Failure to comply may result in suspension.

Verification Outcomes

Possible outcomes include:

Approved
Creator receives platform monetization access.

Additional Information Required
Further documents or clarification may be requested.

Rejected
Application may be declined for risk, compliance, fraud, or policy reasons.

Suspended
Existing creator access may be paused pending review.

Payout Activation Dependency

Creator payment settlement access may be conditional upon:

Shine may withhold settlement activation until verification requirements are satisfied.

False Information

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in:

Privacy & Data Handling

Verification information is handled in accordance with Shine’s Privacy Policy.
