By using the Platform and making purchases, you agree to this policy.
Nature of Delivery
Shine is a digital creator monetization platform that facilitates electronically delivered digital services only.
Services available through the Platform may include:
- subscription access
- membership activation
- premium digital content access
- downloadable digital resources
- educational digital content
- webinars/workshops
- creator community access
- other approved platform-native digital services
Shine does not deliver physical products unless explicitly stated.
No shipping or courier delivery applies to standard platform services.
Delivery Method
All eligible services are delivered electronically through the Shine Platform.
Delivery may occur through:
- account access activation
- subscription enablement
- membership activation
- digital content unlocking
- downloadable resource access
- creator-approved digital access within platform systems
- confirmation email or account notification (where applicable)
Delivery Timelines
Instant / Automated Delivery
Most digital services are activated automatically immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Examples:
- subscription activation
- premium content unlock
- membership access
- downloadable digital resource availability
Delayed Digital Activation
In some cases, activation may require additional verification or system processing.
Estimated activation window:
Within 24 hours of successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
Verification-Dependent Services
Where compliance verification is required (for example, creator onboarding or account verification), activation timelines may vary depending on document review and compliance approval.
Payment Confirmation Requirement
Delivery begins only after successful payment authorization and confirmation from the payment processor.
If payment remains:
- pending
- failed
- reversed
- disputed
- declined
delivery may not occur.
Delivery Failure / Access Issues
If a user completes payment but does not receive access within the expected timeframe, they should contact:

Include:
- registered email
- transaction/order reference
- payment date
- issue description
- screenshots (if applicable)
We will review and attempt resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Service Availability Dependencies
Delivery may depend on:

No Physical Shipping

- no courier dispatch applies

Restricted Services
Shine supports only approved digital services.
The Platform does not facilitate:

DeliveryDisputes
