Shine is a digital creator monetization platform where verified creators and users participate through approved digital content, subscriptions, memberships, community access, creator-led digital offerings, and other platform-compliant electronically delivered services.
These Community Guidelines are designed to help maintain a safe, respectful, lawful, and trusted environment for all participants on the platform.
By accessing or using Shine, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Users and creators must not:
- impersonate another individual
- use false identities
- misrepresent qualifications
- create deceptive profiles
- falsely claim endorsements
- mislead others regarding services or identity
Verified creators may be required to maintain accurate information.
Allowed Creator Activity
Approved creators may offer platform-compliant digital services including:
- subscription memberships
- premium digital content
- educational digital resources
- downloadable digital products
- creator community access
- approved digital creator services
- eligible brand collaboration opportunities
All services must comply with Shine platform policies, payment compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
Adult / Explicit Conduct
Not allowed:
- adult content
- sexually explicit material
- nudity-for-payment content
- erotic monetization
- sexual solicitation
- fetish-related monetization
- explicit roleplay services
- sexually suggestive paid interaction
Escort / Dating / Companionship
Strictly prohibited:
- companionship services
- dating arrangements
- paid romantic interaction
- escort-related conduct
- emotional dependency monetization
- relationship simulation for payment
- personal companionship offerings
- matchmaking monetization
Offline / In-Person Activity
Shine does not permit:
- physical meetups
- offline appointments

All services must remain digitally delivered.
Payment Circumvention
Users and creators may not:
- request direct payments outside Shine
- move transactions off-platform
- share payment links to bypass platform billing
- solicit bank transfers outside approved systems
- evade payment monitoring
Fraud & Abuse
Strictly prohibited:
- fake transactions
- self-payment manipulation
- refund abuse
- chargeback abuse
- impersonation fraud
- account misuse
- payment testing
- deceptive monetization
Illegal Activity
Prohibited:
- unlawful content
- scam activity
- copyright infringement
- unauthorized use of third-party content

Communication Rules
Digital communication tools must be used responsibly.
Users and creators must not use messaging, audio, or live digital sessions for:

Brand Collaboration Conduct
For creators participating in collaborations:

Brands must also act professionally and lawfully.
Content Standards
Content shared on Shine must:

- respect intellectual property rights

- remain consistent with platform policies
Shine may review, restrict, or remove content.
