This Cancellation Policy governs cancellations relating to services offered through Shine, operated by Sovra Technology Pvt Ltd, via www.shineapp.online
Shine is a digital creator monetization platform that facilitates approved digital content, subscriptions, memberships, educational resources, and other platform-compliant digital services delivered electronically.
By using the Platform and making purchases, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Nature of Services
Shine provides digital services only.
Services may include:
- digital subscriptions
- membership access
- premium digital content
- downloadable digital resources
- webinars/workshops
- educational digital offerings
- approved platform-native digital services
No physical goods are shipped.
No offline or in-person services are facilitated through Shine.
Order Cancellation
Because many digital services are activated immediately after successful payment, cancellation of one-time purchases may not be possible once:
- digital access has been granted
- content delivery has commenced
- membership activation is completed
- downloadable access has been provided
- digital service consumption has started
Users are encouraged to review purchase details before completing payment.
Subscription Cancellation
For recurring subscription services:
Users may cancel active subscriptions before the next billing cycle to prevent future renewal charges.
Upon cancellation:
- access remains active until the current billing cycle ends
- future automatic renewals will stop
- no additional recurring charges will be applied after cancellation
Cancellation does not retroactively reverse already processed subscription charges.
How to Cancel a Subscription
Users may cancel by:

Through their Shine account subscription settings.
OR
Support Request
By contacting: support@shineapp.online
Include:
- registered email address
- subscription reference/order ID
- cancellation request details
Cancellation Deadlines
To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation requests should be completed before the renewal billing date.
If cancellation is requested after a renewal charge has already been processed, that billing cycle will generally remain active and refundable only in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Creator/Platform Account Cancellation
Shine may allow creator or user account closure requests, subject to:
- identity verification
- settlement reconciliation (if applicable)
- unresolved disputes
- compliance review
- fraud prevention checks
- legal retention requirements
Account closure does not automatically remove obligations relating to completed transactions.
Platform-Initiated Cancellation / Suspension
Shine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel accounts or access where necessary due to:
- policy violations
- prohibited business activity
- fraud concerns
- payment abuse
- regulatory compliance requirements
- chargeback misuse
- identity verification failure
- legal obligations
Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined under the Refund Policy.
Failed or Incomplete Transactions
If payment fails or a transaction remains incomplete:
- the requested service may not activate
- no cancellation action may be required
- users should verify transaction status before retrying paymenture
For duplicate or accidental multiple charges, users should contact support.
No Cancellation for Prohibited Activity
Accounts or transactions associated with prohibited conduct may be cancelled or terminated immediately.
Prohibited activity includes:
- adult or explicit content
- escort or companionship services
- dating arrangements
- offline service arrangements
- unlawful activity
- fraudulent transactions
- payment abuse
- platform circumvention
Relationship With Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds are separate processes.
Cancellation prevents future service continuation where applicable.
Refund eligibility is governed solely by the Refund Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically create refund entitlement.
