Shine is a digital creator monetization platform that facilitates approved subscription-based digital services, memberships, premium content access, and other compliant electronically delivered offerings.
By subscribing to a recurring service on Shine, you agree to this Subscription Billing Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
Scope of Subscription Services
Subscription-based offerings on Shine may include:
- recurring memberships
- premium digital content subscriptions
- community access subscriptions
- educational digital access programs
- creator subscription offerings
- approved platform-native recurring digital services
All subscription services are delivered electronically.
No physical delivery is involved unless expressly stated.
Subscription Authorization
By subscribing, users expressly authorize Shine and its payment processing partners to charge the selected payment method according to the disclosed subscription plan.
This may include:
- monthly billing
- quarterly billing
- half-yearly billing
- annual billing
- other clearly disclosed recurring billing intervals
Users are responsible for reviewing billing details before subscribing.
Billing Frequency

- cancel recurring access after repeated failure
Access continuity is not guaranteed after failed payment.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund completed billing periods.
Refunds

Account Suspension / Termination Impact
If an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to:
