About Shine

Shine is a digital creator monetization platform that enables verified creators to offer approved digital content, subscriptions, memberships, educational resources, community access, and other platform-compliant digital services.
All services facilitated through Shine are delivered electronically.
Shine does not facilitate physical product sales unless expressly stated.

Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• information submitted is accurate
• you will use the Platform lawfully
• you are not using the Platform for prohibited activities

We may request verification where required.

User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

• provide accurate information

Creator Accounts & Verification

Creators wishing to monetize through Shine may be subject to verification, including:

• PAN verification
• Aadhaar or lawful ID verification
• business verification (if applicable)
• bank verification
• compliance screening

Shine reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate creator access at its discretion for compliance, fraud prevention, or policy reasons.

Permitted Services

Approved digital offerings may include:

• premium digital content
• memberships
• subscriptions
• educational materials
• webinars
• digital workshops
• creator communities
• downloadable digital products
• platform-approved digital services

Availability may vary.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• offline or in-person service arrangements
• escort services
• companionship services
• dating arrangements
• adult or sexually explicit content
• unlawful services
• misleading commercial activity
• unverified monetization activity
• harassment or abusive conduct
• impersonation
• identity misuse
• fraud
• payment abuse
• money laundering
• chargeback abuse
• platform circumvention
• direct off-platform solicitation to bypass Shine

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

Payments

Payments are processed through authorized payment partners.
By making payments, users agree that:

• payment details provided are lawful and authorized
• charges are accurate and accepted
• digital services may activate immediately after payment
• access may be limited if payments fail

Shine does not store sensitive card authentication credentials.

Pricing

Pricing is displayed on the Platform.
Prices may:

• vary by offering
• change without prior notice for future purchases
• include applicable taxes where required

Users are responsible for reviewing pricing before purchase.

Subscriptions

Certain services may operate on recurring subscription billing.
By subscribing:

Refunds

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

remain property of Sovra Technology Pvt Ltd or licensors.
Users may not:

• copy
• reproduce
• redistribute
• reverse engineer
• commercially exploit platform assets without permission

Creators retain ownership of their original content subject to platform usage rights.

Fraud Prevention

Shine reserves the right to:

• investigate suspicious activity
• pause transactions
• restrict accounts
• request verification
• cooperate with payment providers
• report unlawful conduct

Fraudulent conduct may result in permanent account action.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users should contact Shine support before initiating disputes.
Improper chargebacks after successful service delivery may result in:

• temporary access restriction
• compliance review
• evidence submission to payment processors

Legitimate disputes will be handled fairly.

Suspension & Termination

Shine may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for:

• policy violations
• fraud concerns
• prohibited activity
• payment abuse
• regulatory compliance reasons
• legal obligations

Termination does not automatically entitle refund.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including:

• payment processors
• hosting providers
• analytics tools
• verification partners

Shine is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shine shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• loss of profits
• business interruption
• third-party conduct
• creator representations
• user misuse
• service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Shine and Sovra Technology Pvt Ltd against claims arising from:

• misuse of the Platform
• policy violations
• unlawful conduct
• payment disputes caused by user misconduct
• infringement claims relating to uploaded content

Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. By using Shine, users consent to applicable data processing practices.
